BIGFIX BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dave Robbins, Chairman of the Board, brings more than 20 years of senior management experience to BigFix, where he serves as president and CEO and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Robbins, who previously served as COO of BigFix, has extensive executive leadership experience in the enterprise software industry, and has led operations and business development efforts at both public and private technology companies over his career. Prior to joining BigFix, Robbins served as CEO of Quippe Technologies, a provider of procurement services for the equipment manufacturing industry. Before Quippe, he was CEO of Lucidity, Inc., and also held senior management positions at Cephren Corporation (acquired by Citadon, Inc.), ULTRADATA, Inc., Automatic Data Processing and Progressive Insurance Companies.

 

Doug Barry is a General Partner with Selby Venture Partners where he brings fifteen years of investment and operating experience in the software, Internet and media industries. He focuses on investments in early stage wireless, security and other emerging technologies. Prior to Selby Venture Partners, Barry founded several startups and held senior management positions in a variety of private and public software and media companies. In addition to co- founding CobaltCard (an American Express-backed startup), Barry was a senior executive at Electronic Arts, Inc., Navio Communications (now Liberate Technology, NASDAQ: LBRT), and Turner Broadcasting. Barry sits on the boards of Cranite Systems, Clairvoyante Laboratories, Visage Mobile and SkyPilot Networks (observer).

 

Keith Benjamin is a Managing Director with Levensohn Venture Partners. He was previously general partner with Highland Capital Partners where he opened the San Francisco office of this Massachusetts-based firm in 1999. From 1993 to 1999, Benjamin was a senior research analyst at Robertson, Stephens & Co., where he followed a broad range of companies exploiting new technologies, primarily software. At Robertson, he began by covering the education and entertainment software industry and was early in identifying the leading and surviving Internet companies. Benjamin sponsored venture investments through Robertson's internal investment vehicle, Bayview Capital, and was an Institutional Investor-ranked analyst.

 

Rob Born is a Venture Partner at Thomas Weisel Venture Partners where he has focused on investments in software and wireless companies since the fund's inception in 2000. Prior to joining TWVP, Rob was a Vice President in the Software Investment Banking Group at Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco, working with both public and private companies on financings and acquisitions. Rob started his investment banking career at Montgomery Securities in the Technology Investment Banking group. Rob has prior work experience in corporate law at Dewey Ballantine and marketing at Grey Advertising.

 

Rhonda Basset-Spiers is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of BEA Systems. In her tenure at BEA, Ms. Basset-Spiers provided direction for all aspects of the company's worldwide IT environment, including development, deployment and support of all business applications, data center and computing operations, data and voice communications and web-based customer support services. Prior to joining BEA Systems, Ms. Basset-Spiers has more than 15 years of information technology, manufacturing, distribution and global supply chain experience in a number of roles at Hewlett Packard Company, Agilent Technologies, and Control4. Ms. Bassett-Spiers is on the board of Application Security, Inc. and BigFix.

 

Stephen Richards currently sits on the Boards of Cray, Tradestation Group, and Zantaz. Previously he served as COO and CFO of McAfee, Inc. He served as Chief Online Trading Officer of E*TRADE Group, Inc. Prior to joining E*TRADE in April 1996, he was Managing Director and CFO of Correspondent Clearing at Bear Stearns & Companies, Inc.; Vice President/Deputy Controller of Becker Paribas and First Vice President/Controller of Jefferies and Company, Inc. Mr. Richards is a trustee for the UC Davis Foundation. He holds a B.A. from the University of California at Davis and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California at Los Angeles.

 

Hagi Schwartz is currently the President of Magnolia Capital Partners and has held several executive positions at leading technology companies including service as CFO of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. and Mercury Interactive Corporation. In addition, he previously served as the CFO for Atrica Inc. and HyperRoll Inc. Hagi is on the board of directors of Rackable Systems and on the advisory board of several technology companies. Hagi holds a B.Sc. degree in economics and accounting from BarIlan University.
