BIGFIX ANNOUNCES NEW PUBLIC SECTOR CATEGORY FOR 2009 SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR OF THE YEAR CONTEST

The added category recognizes the government and non-profit sysadmins with new prizes

  • With two weeks left to nominate, BigFix, Inc., is adding a Public Sector category to the 2009 System Administrator of the Year that recognizes the rock star sysadmins vital to government and non-profit organizations.
  • The Public Sector category was created to show appreciation for the amazing syadmins that cannot accept prizes above a certain value; the winner of this category will be awarded a plaque and their accomplishments will be highlighted throughout the year.
  • All of the winners will be announced at the 2009 System Administrator of the Year Awards Gala on November 4, 2009, at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, with live music from Baltimore’s own...soihadto…, featuring Ace of Cakes’ Duff Goldman on bass.
