BigFix Builds on European Success With Expansion into France
BIGFIX BUILDS ON EUROPEAN SUCCESS WITH EXPANSION INTO FRANCE
Security and systems management solutions provider sets sights on European expansion
7 OCTOBER 2009: BigFix, Inc., a leader in high-performance enterprise systems and security management solutions, announced today it is to expand its EMEA presence with the launch of French operations. The company, which currently has regional offices and development centres in the UK, Singapore, China, and India and is headquartered in Emeryville California, is to create a direct presence in France to continue the company’s focus on key markets across Europe.
As part of the strategic drive, BigFix has appointed Frederic Saulet as Sales Manager who will drive local initiatives in France, Saulet joins BigFix from Trend Micro where he was Strategic Sales Manager, previously EMEA Product Marketing Manager Team Leader. He also worked at Vigilante, a vulnerability assessment company where he looked after support. His main focus in the coming months will be to drive the company’s expansion across Europe by establishing BigFix’s direct presence and managing partner relationships in France.
