- Asset Tracking Integration Integrating the BigFix Platform into commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and in-house developed asset tracking solutions to give customers real time visibility into the status of their assets
- Help Desk Integration Connecting BigFix real-time visibility and control capabilities to improve service quality and reduce costs of end-user support/help desk functions. Past projects have integrated BigFix commercial help desk solutions such as Remedy and HEAT products as well as in-house products and processes
