Flight Plan Service
Provides an expert examination and analysis of design and execution of BigFix solutions as implemented at customer sites. The service examines critical points in a BigFix solution, including BigFix Agent and Relay health, communications infrastructure, BigFix Server and database configuration, BigFix Console usage and BigFix Web Reports configuration. The main deliverable for the service consists of a report that includes specific recommendations for solution implementation improvement and optimization.
In-Flight Service
Focuses on on-going customer success in using BigFix-supplied remediation content such as software updates, vulnerability reports, patches, and so on. The service analyses what content customers have accessed and the extent that content used by customers has met their needs. This research results in a report that includes recommendations for maximizing the value of BigFix content to the customer.
Flight Skills Service
Delivers a web-based two-to-four-hour training session focused on improving customer BigFix knowledge and operational skills. Each Flight Skills session is tailored to specific customer needs as previously indicated through the BigFix Flight Plan and In-Flight exercises.
